Yes, the DriveDeal website is fully optimized for smartphones and tablets — placing an order is convenient from any device.

2.1 How does item selection for removal work on the website?

On the website, you use a convenient interactive window where you select step by step:

  • the type of waste;

  • specific items and their quantity;

  • additional parameters (if necessary).

The system automatically calculates the cost and immediately displays the final price.

 

2.2 What types of waste and items can be selected?

The system includes the following categories:

  • Household waste;

  • Construction waste;

  • Green waste;

  • Industrial waste;

  • Other waste.

Within each category, you can choose the specific items that need to be removed.

 

2.3 Can I select multiple types of items at the same time?

Yes, if you have mixed waste, you can select multiple categories and items — the system will correctly account for all parameters.

 

2.4 What if I have non-standard or rare items?

If you cannot find the required item in the list, contact us via WhatsApp or by phone at +371 28661561 — we will advise you and calculate the order individually.

Selecting the correct items helps to:

3.1 How is the price calculated and what does it depend on?

The price is calculated automatically and depends on:

  • the type of waste;
  • the type and quantity of selected items;
  • the pickup location;
  • additional parameters (if required).

3.2 Will the price definitely not change?

Yes. If the information about the type and quantity of items is provided correctly, the price remains fixed. A price change is possible only if the actual data differs from what was specified in the order — and it is always agreed upon with the customer in advance.

3.3 Why are your prices lower than competitors?

We use a standardized approach: no unnecessary services, manual calculations, or excessive communication. This allows us to optimize processes and offer fair and competitive pricing.

3.4 How can I pay for the order?

You can:

  • pay online when placing the order;

  • or pay on-site.

In any case, the price is fixed in advance.

4.1 What does “the site must be prepared” mean?

Items must be ready for removal and located in a place where our staff has safe and unobstructed access.

4.2 Do you carry items out from upper floors?

Yes, carrying items out is included in the price, provided that the items are listed correctly and are accessible for removal.

4.3 Do I need to be present during the pickup?

Not necessarily if the payment is made through the website. The main requirement is to ensure access to the site and the items at the agreed time.

5.1 Do you work with apartments, houses, and offices?

Yes, we work with both private individuals and companies. For legal entities, we can sign service agreements and issue invoices.

5.2 Can I order additional or non-standard services?

All waste is disposed of in accordance with the current regulations of Latvia — at specialized landfills, including Getliņi EKO.
